This article is about Orange Benefits and Facts.Orange is one of the best and tasty fruit. It tastes sour, sweet and salty.A whole orange contains only about 85 calories and has no fat, cholesterol or sodium. Oranges are rich in vitamin c.

Orange boosts our immune system and improves our digestive system. This makes glow on skin and makes it healthy.If you daily eat oranges then it helps in better digestion and cures some of the dangerous diseases such as high blood pressure, cancer, ulcer and kidney problems.

Why we should eat oranges. ?

Our body daily needs vitamins(A,C,D,..) and minerals to properly maintain the functions of body. We get vitamins from various food sources such as vegetables,fruits,meats,sunlight,..etc. Deficiency of any of the these vitamin affects our body functions and cause severe diseases.

Some of the vitamins are stored in our body and they are used when   our body demands it. But some of the vitamins such as vitamin c are not stored in our body and these vitamins excrete from our body through urine. Thus we require these vitamins daily to make our body healthy.

Because oranges are rich in Vitamin C and other minerals we should  eat them daily to take advantage of oranges.

Orange is very useful in controlling high blood pressure. It contains Potassium and Magnesium in large amount  which helps to control blood pressure.

2. Cancer  :

A Research indicates that peoples eating 1-2 Oranges   daily in their childhood for 2 years have less chance of having cancer. Oranges help to fight with cancers such as skin , lungs , stomach cancers and provides strength .

3. Ulcer :

Due to rich in vitamin c it helps to cure stomach pain and destroys bacteria present in stomach.

3. Heart and Eye :

Orange contains vitamin c , potassium and fiber which is  necessary in performing various functions of hearts. Lack of potassium effects the heart beat. So we should eat oranges care our heart.It also contain vitamin a which is good for our eyesight.

4. Diabetes :

In case of diabetes it helps to maintain the blood sugar. This is good benefit of orange.

Thus oranges have a lot of benefits and you should eat them daily. If you don’t like oranges then you can also make orange juice and drink it. To make orange juice tasty you can also add some salt.
